Lisa Roach Owner/Agent

Growing up on a small hobby farm north of Aberdeen, I developed a deep appreciation for rural living and the strong sense of community that defines our area. Today, my family and I are proud to call a hobby farm north of Aberdeen our home as well, keeping me closely connected to the lifestyle and values many of my clients share. My lifelong ties to the community allow me to offer valuable local knowledge and historical insight to buyers and sellers navigating the market.

In addition to real estate, I am also a licensed insurance agent. This background, combined with my genuine passion for helping people, inspired me to earn my real estate license—and I am so glad I did. I enjoy guiding clients through both the buying and selling process while helping them understand how their real estate decisions fit into their overall financial and insurance needs.

Outside of work, I stay busy with my two daughters and their many school activities. I am also actively involved as a leader in their 4-H club and enjoy giving back through community involvement.

Sarah Kervin Agent

Born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota, I graduated from Roncalli High School in 2001. My professional journey began in the student loan industry, where I’ve spent the past 20 years helping people navigate important financial decisions with confidence and care.

Driven by a passion for serving others, I expanded my career by earning my Property & Casualty Insurance license in 2024, my Real Estate license in 2026, and most recently my Life & Health Insurance license in March 2026. These additional licenses allow me to provide well-rounded guidance and support to individuals and families through many of life’s biggest milestones.
